Welcome to the members section of Fight the Flood!
It's here, through this portal, that you will be able to explore the financial tools and businesses that can help you Fight the Flood on your own property.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS – Step by Step
STEP 1:
Remember the USER NAME you created to get access to the Fight the Flood portal. More on that below!
STEP 2:
If you do not have flood insurance, before you proceed any further, get some. To access the business discounts, financial tools and support of the Fight the Flood program, you must first have flood insurance.
STEP 3:
Prepare to hear from the Fight the Flood team. There was a reason we had you fill out so much information to get access to this portal. We want to know how we can best help you Fight the Flood. We will be reviewing your intake form and will be in touch to see if we can help point you in the direction of a specific consultant or contractor to support your efforts.
STEP 4:
Explore the financial resources and business directory below to get a sense of what options are out there for you. Know what you need now? Contact a business or our team to get started.
STEP 5:
When you secure the services of one of the businesses in the Fight the Flood program, tell them you are a member, that you want to redeem the discount, and tell them your USER NAME for this member portal. That is your discount code, and how we will track the effectiveness of the program.
STEP 6:
When your project is complete, we will request you email us photos and a recap of the efforts.
STEP 7:
Tell a friend! The power of the Fight the Flood program for the Middle Peninsula region comes when we all band together to protect our shorelines and properties. Please share this program with a friend.
